Century Egg Dumpling

Dumpling skin wrap with Century Egg, Mince meat and Prawn. Either serve with soup or deep fried. Selling in frozen too, 8pcs per container @RM10. Minimum order 3 containers.

算盘子(Edible abacus)

A traditional Hakka recipe. Steamed yam mixed with tapioca starch, fried with prawn, meat, mushroom, carrot and cabbage. And garnished with fried egg. Delicious!"

Yam Cake

Mouth watering yammy cake. Suitable for all occasions, even during rainy days.

Fried Chicken and King Oyster Mushroom

1 part flour, 1 part vegetable oil, 2 parts of passion and a couple of oil spots on hands. Simply delicious.

Spaghetti with Avocado in Sesame Sauce

Had this in a Japanese Restaurant. Love it and replicate it at home. Don't tell the Japanese. (I've been seeing a black shadow in my kitchen whenever i cook this dish, strange!)

Bah Zhang

I've been making a profit from these packages since 2009. Special thanks to my aunty for promoting them to the food lovers. I'm definitely trying out more varieties like Nyonya, Hokkien verison and "粯水粽" with red bean paste filling this year. Watch this space.

Jelly Mooncake

A spoilt for choice of fillings: red bean paste, white/pandan lotus, sweetcorn, tiramisu. I've been "ka-ching-ing" from these lil' cakes for years.
