Yam Cake


Mouth watering yammy cake. Suitable for all occasions, even during rainy days.

Fried Chicken and King Oyster Mushroom


1 part flour, 1 part vegetable oil, 2 parts of passion and a couple of oil spots on hands. Simply delicious.

Spaghetti with Avocado in Sesame Sauce


Had this in a Japanese Restaurant. Love it and replicate it at home. Don't tell the Japanese. (I've been seeing a black shadow in my kitchen whenever i cook this dish, strange!)
